Job Overview
You will be entrusted with closing high-value media and television packages priced between $10,000 and $100,000. The ecosystem is already engineered for scale, generating over 300 booked calls daily across the team—creating a relentless flow of opportunity for those equipped to convert.
This role demands composure under volume, precision in communication, and a principled approach to sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct up to 16 structured Zoom consultations daily (30 minutes each)
- Convert inbound prospects into high-ticket clients with professionalism and finesse
- Manage a calendar composed entirely of pre-scheduled, inbound appointments
- Maintain a polished and consistent on-camera presence throughout all calls
- Accurately log interactions and outcomes within CRM systems
- Execute timely SMS follow-ups to reinforce engagement and close momentum
- Participate in daily training sessions designed to refine strategy and performance
- Adhere strictly to ethical sales practices, with all calls subject to quality review
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years in high-ticket closing environments
- Demonstrable success in closing offers valued at $10K or higher
- Strong command of objection handling and consultative selling techniques
- Comfort operating within a high-volume, video-first sales structure
- Proficiency in CRM tools and digital communication platforms
- Professional remote setup, including camera, lighting, and stable internet connectivity
- Ability to operate autonomously while maintaining consistent output
