Core Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend or full-stack applications using technologies such as Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, or Node.js

- Produce clean, maintainable, and thoroughly documented code guided by sound engineering principles
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems to improve stability, performance, and efficiency
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decision-making processes
- Contribute throughout the entire development lifecycle—from conceptual planning and implementation to testing and deployment
What You Bring
- Strong hands-on experience in software engineering using one or more of the following: Python, Rust, GoLang, Java, Node.js, Android, iOS, or full-stack technologies
- Proven ability to architect and maintain scalable, reliable software systems
- Experience operating within remote-first, agile, and collaborative development environments
- Familiarity with contemporary development tooling, version control systems, and CI/CD workflows
- Strong analytical instincts paired with meticulous attention to technical detail
