As a Film and Video Editor, you will play a key role in helping train and improve AI models focused on video editing and cinematic storytelling. This position combines creative expertise with technology, allowing editors to shape how AI understands pacing, shot selection, synchronization, and visual narrative structure.
The ideal candidate is someone with strong post-production experience who understands both the technical and artistic aspects of editing. You’ll work closely with technical teams, providing feedback, annotated examples, and professional insights that help refine AI-generated edits and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities in this role will include:
- Training AI models on film and video editing techniques, with a focus on storytelling and visual composition
- Collaborating with technical teams to provide editing feedback, annotations, and creative guidance
- Organizing and curating video assets to improve production and post-production workflows
- Synchronizing audio with video footage to ensure smooth and engaging audiovisual delivery
- Reviewing AI-generated edits and providing constructive written and verbal feedback
- Promoting best practices related to pacing, continuity, synchronization, and visual clarity throughout the editing process
Requirements
To qualify for this role, candidates should have:
- Proven experience editing film, video, or digital media content
- Strong proficiency with professional editing software such as:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Final Cut Pro
- DaVinci Resolve
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working closely with producers, directors, or creative teams during post-production
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, timing, and synchronization techniques
- High attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback
